From Martha Stanley: The "L Rule" poster (in pdf format) is a document that may be posterized and laminated and posted on the left wall of your classroom. It offers a
left hand, a large "L", and the words "low, large, long, loose, left." Students refer to it to figure out right and left hands, which side of the instrument is the low one, etc. Use the L-Rule to figure out many things.
